KERALA WATER FALLS

ATHIRAMPALLY  AND  VAZHACHAL
Athirampally and Vazhachal are the most popular waterfalls, located on the entrace of Sholayar ranges. Athirampally waterfall falling from the height of 80 feet, gives a very fascinating look to the tourist. The distance between the Athirapilly and Vazhachal waterfall is just 5 km. Vazhachal forms a part of the Chalakkudy river and is mostly surrounded by the dense green forestland. The huge trees and cool wind blowing around refreshes you completely.







THOMMANKUTHU 
Thommankuthu is another wonder waterfall situated at 74 kms from Cochin. It is a small but a beautiful waterfall. Thommankuthu is wild as well as attractive waterfall in Kerala. Thommankuthu is ideal place for picnic. It is a seven step waterfall, at each step there lies a pool beneath it .It is famous for trekking on a mountain which is a 12km distance.




PALARUVI
The one unforgetabble experience one can have is surely on the Palaruvi waterfall.Palaruvi is 35 km from the east of Punalur on the quilon. Is mediated water is useful for the cure of many diseases. There are number of ancient temples on the distane of 5 km from the Palaruvi waterfall.It appears more like a fall of milk.










CHEEYAPPARA  AND  VALARA
Cheeyappara and Valara waterfall both are lying between the Narimanglam and Adimali on the Kochi-Madhurai highway. It falls down in seven steps and has a chain of other waterfalls. IT is mostly known for trekking.






SOOCHIPARA
Soochipara waterfall thrills your ears with its non-stop thundering sounds and is a 22 km distance from the Hotel Green Gates. Rock climbing is famous in this area on the cliff face.

TUSHARAGIRI
Tushargiri Waterfall situated 12km from Kodenchery . It is a tribal tourist spot in Kerala.. The three waterfalls on the backdrop of the Western Ghats provides lovely sighth to the visitors.
